Anybody using Genius combination wrenches?

So I'm looking for a new set of metric combination wrenches...
Ideally something in the $60-$70 range, so there's a lot of choices, but not too many big sets.

This is looking like the best option so far, with Tekton following not too far behind.
Kobalt is another option, but that set stops at 19mm

This will be $73 shipped, for 7-19, plus 22 and 24

I haven't read anything bad about Genius, but I haven't read much at all about the combination wrenches.

Did you notice any of the Tektons being shorter than the others?

If you skip to 7.40 he shows what I'm talking about easier than trying to explain it...

I'm wondering if they've been updated at all since, or if that's just the way they are.

Nevermind, I emailed our very own Tekton rep, and they just share the same blank for two wrenches on some of the sizes. They're aren't actually shorter than the smaller size.

Also, if you get a chance, just how similar do the Genius and Tekton wrenches look?
Are they the same length?

I'm a little curious if Genius might just be the OEM for Tekton.

I don't have any experience with the Genius wrenches but, if you're looking for a good set of wrenches that are on the inexpensive side, I would look at the Tekton Taiwan wrench sets. Theses are the ones that come on a wrench rack NOT a roll. They have excellent chrome and off corner engagement on the boxed end. They're a little longer too. You can get a 15 piece set running 8-22mm for $44.99 on amazon.

I have some of thier impact sockets and they are built tough. So I guess thier wrenches are built the same

Looks like I'm pretty set on the Tekton.
I haven't heard a single bad thing about that set yet, so I think it'll be hard to go wrong.

I have to admit, I still sort of want the Genius set, just because it seems like an interesting brand, and I'd like to try them....
But at the same time, I wouldn't be surprised if the Tekton set is coming out of the same factory, and for $30 less...

I compared the two 15mm wrenches I have and other then the markings I can't see any difference. Although it was purely visual and I did not break out any high accuracy measuring equipment.

I just had a feeling Tekton and Genius were one and the same in this case.
I bought the Tekton set last week. Ended up being about $30 less than Genius, and it came with a really nice wrench rack.
