I bought a big boy one a few months back which came via UPS freight. But i got a forklift so it wasn’t an issue. They’ll do lift gate delivery but you’ll need to call customer service and specify that.
See if it's something that's drop shipped by the manufacturer. You're not going to know how it's packed especially if it's drop shipped.
I just received a Little Giant hand truck from Zoro but drop shipped by the manufacturer and Little Giant put the thing is a f'ing bag and gave it to UPS. You can guess the condition of the item that showed up on my door step.
