Yep, UPS Store address. Doesn't mean they won't ship what you ordered. plenty of places are web pages only, you order, they ship from distributor or manufacturer warehouse .....

Yeah there are a lot of third party sellers that do drop shipments, basically as soon as an order comes through they buy direct from a warehouse seller etc and then they have them ship directly to you.
You should be covered as you said since you paid through PayPal either way.

I purchased a Milwaukee angle grinder and battery from Tooldom. I had no trouble and everything went smoothly. They had really great pricing. They also sell on Amazon. Personally, I would buy from them again.
