I'd like to figure out how old this lantern is. Not looking to sell it, just curious.

Its etched in the glass MKT RR and stamped in the lid.

Also says: "The Adams & Westlake Co."

On the bottom says:

Adlake Kero 4-34 (April 1934 maybe?)
USA Pat Pend
1415633, 1415634, 1415635, 1660104
Canada 1921-1923 (are these Canadian patten numbers?)
pats pending

I'm just excited since I'm a RR buff, I just never collected any of it. What do you suppose its worth? (Sorry, had to ask.)

Adams & Westlake made lanterns for hundreds of railroads through the years.
You have a model known as the "Kero".
The date code of 4-34 stands for the 4th quarter of the year 1934, so October, November, or December.
The MKT RR stands for the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad which ran from 1870 to 1988 until it became part of the Union Pacific.
