Hello, today I ended up impulse buying a glu-bot,a babe-bot (both made by fast cap) and some rockler bench cookies. Knowing my luck, 10 minutes after rockler closes, I find out the ring that holds the tip in on the babe-bot was broken. Has anyone dealt with fast caps customer serivce, rockler is hell and gone from where I am so I am up a creak at the moment. This was the first impulse/new purchase in a while so I am pretty bummed. What a fun way to start the night
