Just placed an order with Fox Run Tools on Monday, received my items yesterday evening. Excellent packaging, excellent pricing, & can't argue with the free shipping on my order either.
From some of the items I sourced, but did not purchase at this time, they had the lowest prices amongst some of my more visited haunts.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I'm probably going to be placing another order with them soon enough, kind of blew threw my tool budget this past month w/school firing back up this semester.
For what it's worth, I ordered ATD-13783 [32 master hex bit socket set] and ATD-13772 [72 master torx socket set].
Long story short on why I'm purchasing these, when I had previously had hex bit sockets & torx bit sockets, is b/c mine somehow developed legs & wandered off when an acquaintance who was borrowing them left his garage door open.
