Anyone ever cut down an Arrow type metal shed?

I'm getting to replace my cheap shed with a nice larger one, and was planning to just scrap the thing. I got to thinking though, there's a spot in a corner that I'd like to add a small, low profile lean-to style shed off the house. I'm now wondering about about cutting 6' off the back, and making a 4'x10' shed. It's a gable roof style with doors on the end. It would look the same, just not be as deep. It's in pretty good shape and still nice and straight. I could spray it to match the house, and sort of make it disappear against it.
The shed was on the property and I've never assembled one. I've briefly looked it over, but not too sure if it be more trouble than it's worth.

Thinking out loud- I suppose I could cut it along the ridge, and keep one door functional. Install it against the house as an actual lean-to, and access it from the end, with the single door closing against the house wall...
A lot less cutting, and in theory I'd end up with two lean-tos, a left and a right. lol

They are screwed together, take the back 3-4 foot sheets off, and frame work, then bring the rear wall up to the other 3 sides, screw together, call it a day.
The manuals are on line so. you could look at how it is built, remark the parts with the part numbers in manual with a sharpie, blow it apart, and put it back together on sheet less deep. iirc one sheet was just over 3 feet wide, maybe 4 feet at most
