Anyone ever seen a pipe cutter like this?

I found this while perusing through eBay, my curiosity made it worth the $14. It was listed as “unusual pipe cutter w/ dual cutting heads”. It actually has four cutting wheels, no rollers. I’ve never seen another like it, wondering what manufacturer made it, if any, or if it was a one-off someone made themself. No markings on it I can see. Just cursive engraving maybe an owners name/initials.
Not sure what to do with it, either clean it up or leave it as-is and probly just hang it up. Either way it’s kinda neat I think.
Anyone have any thoughts?

To me that looks like it might be for exhaust pipe on a car.

it's a 4 wheel cutter for getting in to tight spaces . I don't think it's for schedule 40 steel , maybe copper or exhaust as mentioned

Exhaust pipe cutter crossed my mind when I first came across it actually. Four cutting wheels and a rather short handle seems like it would be good for that. Just weird that I can’t find one other one like it. If it really was something somebody made on their own out of necessity, I gotta say I’m pretty impressed. I’d like to meet the guy who made it. I wonder if it works as well as it was intended. Thanks guys. I knew someone here could either confirm I was on the right track or tell me how wrong I am.

Does it adjust on the handle side? If not it looks as though three of the four cutters will do all he work.

Yea the handle is threaded so it adjusts on both sides. It has a pretty deep range. I haven’t tried but I’m thinking maybe 3” if it would fit between the rails. It really is kinda cool. I might clean it up to use it.

Yeah the four cutters reminds me a little of the Lisle exhaust cutter that was rebadged for others like Craftsman and Snap-on.
