First off, I do not have a TnT or competitors carport or building but I do live near their headquarters.
Where are you located? The TnT headquarters is in Mt. Airy NC.
There are two other competitors to TnT that is also headquartered in the area:

It's just a few minutes drive from any one of the three to the other two. I have no proof but I've always heard that the owner of TnT is related to the owner of one or both of the other two I linked and they dont get along. In other words if you live anywhere near their HQ, make sure you get all three to quote and make sure they know you've quoted their competitor first. If your set on a tubular steel building and your not near Mt. Airy, I think I'd still get a quote from the other two.

My brother in law got a building from TnT and is happy with it.
I started out getting a tubular steel building (like the one at TnT). I decided against it because if the limitations when insulating.
I then was going to go with a "red iron" I beam type building: http://champion-buildings.com/metal-building-promotions I looked at several buildings this place put up and the owners were happy with the experience/results but in the end I ended up going with a concrete block building by local contractors due to extra footings required at my location with the I beam building.
If your land is is fairly flat with decent soil, check out the 30x40 special I beam I linked above, that price includes concrete and insulation.

I live in Mt Airy and have heard that the owners are related and don't get along also. If i'm not mistaken Eagle carports are in Cana VA right across the state line of NC. There are 2 other companies with Eagle in the same parking lot owned by the same guy
