Never heard of it and couldn’t find anything about it. Similar to other basin wrenches where the jaw is removable and flips around. No COO. Seems decent quality.

I don't know if this helps but found an ebay ad for a basin wrench with a different name that looks exactly like your Dur-Key.
Then found an entry and a pic on this man's webpage. Says it's patented May 10, 1921.
Maybe this will give you an avenue to dig further.

Shoot! I just found one of these in a tool bin at a thrift store, but left it, because I had a nagging suspicion about it but couldn't place it. Then I found this thread again. Dang it!
It was damaged but I could probably fix it. I'll try and get back there and grab it.
