Looks kinda old. It came in a toolbox I bought from an older gentleman.
I have not been able to find anything about it. COO is Taiwan.

I didn't find anything that would seem to be related to PRO BRAND in the US Trademark database.

There are no markings on the tools either (except Taiwan)
