I can't seem to find much info on this mill. And it seems like the crank for the quill doesn't work. Broke or something missing?? The side lever moves the quill ok though

If it has power down feed then there should a lever or something to engage the micro feed wheel. That's how it is on the J heads, they have a push pull knob in the middle of the feed wheel.

It doesn't have power down. But if it has a lever and a crank wheel then I would think there both suppose to work. But I don't no for sure

Typically, if the lever works, the hand wheel is disengaged, and when the hand wheel works, the hand wheel is disengaged.

I can't tell from the pic if it has power down feed.

I too think it's an old round ram mill.

My Frankenmill has an M head. The fine feed doesn't work on it either. I have found that there is leathers or some-such in the fine feed that dry or wear out and it will not work. I haven't taken the time to look into it on my machine. I just use the side lever. it works for everything I do.

Do you have to do anything to engage the wheel? This is my first mill I haven't been around them either. I'd just like to make sure I have a problem before I tear into it

If the fine feed isn't working the fine feed wheel will not do anything when you spin it. Mine is in the side cabinet, out of the way.
