I've got a small set.....a ratchet and (9) 6 point sockets in a plastic case. Are they worth keeping?

I don't have any insights on TRW branded tools.

However, I do have a Williams catalog from 1978 that show Williams to be a division of TRW. The catalog makes no mention of tools branded as TRW. I have wondered if TRW tools from that period were made by William's as an opening price brand.

I have a TRW wrench and a couple of sockets......seems to be damn good stuff. I can't remember but I think they were in some stuff I bought.

in Corporate America, a lot of the tools we used in our MFG plant were TRW tools. Pliers, cutters, crimp tools, etc.... Worked well, and lasted a long time............

I have some TRW branded wrenches and sockets and they are very good. Made before Williams left Buffalo, NY when TRW owned them.

I have a LARGE pair of TRW channel locks. My dad was extremely protective over the pliers. He to me they were better than SK at the time. I agree I have SK channel locks not nearly as nice as the TRW. I have a soft spot in my heart for the old TRW tools great tools but hard to come by.
