This is a specific question for someone who owns a CP7200 or has used one.
In this video you can see there are markings on the rear (speed control knob)
My question is, on this newer red version of the tool (in the video) does the speed control knob have limits to how far it can turn left/right?
I have an older version of the tool, same model# but it's silver, has no direction markings on the rear and the knob rotates endlessly.
Depending on the position of the knob, it will either bleed out air without turning, or will vary the speed. But without any markings and with it being able to rotate endlessly, it's not that easy to figure out the setting.
it's not impossible to use, I'm just curious if this is how it is supposed to work, or if it's faulty.
I asked Chicago Pneumatic but after 6 rounds of email, I don't think they've even understood the question I'm asking which is depressing.
