anyone have a grey floor with red chips?

Im planning on doing the garage floor in either legacy medium or dark grey. I want to do a mix with red flakes. I want to do the system 1 with 25% red 25% charcoal 25% white 25% black, but i cant come up with any pictures of any floor with red flakes on a grey base.

Im going to also use race deck or a similar product for approximately a 7x10 area of dirtbike parking, probably in a red black checker pattern. Sooo if anyone has pictures of a similar epoxy color combo, id greatly appreciate it!!

Just yesterday, my garage floor was done. I was going to go with light grey epoxy and black, white, and red flakes but the flooring guy suggested blue instead of red. When he primed the floor, he added each of the flakes we wanted and I agree blue was better.

Here is the finished floor - still needs to top coat but color is done.

That's a great looking floor. The color chips go well with the walls. One thing about red chips, you have to be careful how you use that color or it can look kind of pinkish on the floor.

4 coats Rustbullet grey,Red,Black,Lt. Grey(Gravel IIRC) flakes, 4 coats clear.
Depending on the light, the grey flakes will sometimes hide and other times show very bright, pretty neat.
Looks great, extremely easy to clean, not really slick when wet.

Thank you 12ozd, that grey looks very light, I wonder how it compares to legacy's greys. I like the red, and I think it will look good with my red Honda dirtbike.

In my experience, red color flakes mixed with white flakes on a light grey base coat can look a little pinkish.

There are alot more shades of grey in flake than epoxy.
If you do a full broadcast, you can get whatever color you like!
The epoxy color won't matter.

Nive looking garage! Are the bricks on your lower wall actual bricks? Or are they some type of panel? I can't tell on my phone. Also, how high up the wall do they go? Thanks.

These are formed concrete walls 8" thick. The top of these are the same elevation as the rest of the house basement walls. The basement is about 4' deep so house sits on a hill. These walls are about 3' above the garage floor.

I recently did my floor and used the Torginol B-127 at five pounds and ordered a separate orange/red from Color Chips to add a burst of color. I probably used 3-4 oz of the pound I got from them. It looks great. Any more and I would likely have got a reddish cast.
I tossed the B-127 on like the forum suggests and to put on the red, I placed a tiny bit in my palm and blew on it. I still have a bunch of it. I'll send it to you if you want it.

I know it all boils down to personal choice, but as for myself, I am not all that crazy about the red chips. Perhaps a few red chips would be OK, but to have 25 percent red chips in my opinion would be about 20 percent too many.

I think 25% is too heavy for red. My full flake floor has 3% red, and I think it's about right.
