Who has bad slides?

I called Snap-on last week and told them I needed slides. I have a KR670 and I ended up with KR660 slides. I called them as soon as I noticed the problem with them (too short) and they are sending me new ones. I asked for a return label for the old ones and they told me to keep them it's not worth the shipping back. ????
So I have 2 pair of slides for a KR660
