Anyone have a source for large washers?

I am looking to find 4 washers that will fit fairly loose over 1 1/4" Black pipe (I am making a hinge of sorts). I have tried Fastenal Grainger and every local hardware store I could think of. Even called a local iron works shop but no luck. The outside diameter says that 1 1/4" black pipe has an outside diameter of 1.66. I would like to find one that I could weld a tack on it in two spots. If anyone has an online source I would really appreciate a link. Thanks all!

I've made them with a hole saw and stainless steel. Pack a lunch though !

 Yeah that was my first idea but someone must sell these. It would take a bit to cut it out with my old drill press and a few bits.

I used a drill press and submerged the hole saw teeth in cutting oil, last resort ! I know Fastenal has 1.5" but you would have to grind them out.

ive got plenty of big washers from my local Fastenal, you should be able to get 1-5/8" i.d. washers and just open them up with a die grinder and burr or sanding barrel until you get your desired fit on 1, then scribe the new i.d. size on the others and open up to that size. should be able to clamp 3 or so in a vise and do them together.

Would a shaft collar be to thick? Commonly available in fractional sizes up thru at least 2"

Edit: many shaft collars are made from 12L14, not good for welding.

I've made hinges using 1" pipe but I just found a pipe that was larger to slide over the 1" pipe in place of Washers. Just my two cents.

What if you skip the 1 1/4'' and instead ,use 1'' pipe and the 1 1/4'' for the outside like mentioned above.

Thank you all!! I am building a hinged set of metal loft stairs in my 3 car. The washers will just stop the side to side movement, going to tack some spots on the washers to stop this. I will post up some pictures when I get it done. Just gathering the parts up first. Thanks all that helped me out.

Give me the id, od, and thickness you want and ill cut them on my CNC plasma free.

Wow was not expecting an offer like that! I really appreciate the offer but would not feel right not paying you for this. Let me try the ones that someone put up the link for @ Mc masters first. If not I will send you a PM and would want to pay you for them. All I can say is this is one of the Best forums I am on!

BTW - If you take a smaller washer and enlarge the hole with a step drill bit, it isn't so hard. I've done this before with smaller washers and it was a snap.
