I'm hoping you guys will let me discuss this here. I am looking for some information about WWII era Military contract lathes.
I have several Post Tool wrenches here. They are Armstrong #71 and #76. I'm wondering which manufacturer had Armstrong as the tool supplier during that time. These have military "strike" marks on one end thus verifying the time frame.
If any one has a machine from that era, I wonder if you have the original tools too? I would like that nail down a date for these tools.
