Anyone have any experience with Tactacam security cameras?

I need to set up a couple of cameras on a property with 2 access gates.
No wifi available close by.
Is anyone using these Tactacam DEFEND 360 cameras that could give any feedback?
Quality of images, decent app, durability?
Any other cellular cameras I should be looking at?

Obviously, I don't know all the particulars, but would it be feasible to do something to extend an existing WIFI network to the location and then use the huge variety of stuff available in the realm of IP cameras?

Don't know about the cameras you specified, but tying yourself down for a monthly payment (apparently for each camera) and limiting your camera availability might hurt in the long run.

The property is in a heavy wooded area, not sure if trying to extend wifi would work.

Why not a Trail Cam? If you need instant access to your cameras then of course these won't work, but they will get pictures of whatever it is you need pictures of.

We want instant alerts if someone comes onto the property.

Our circumstances are very similar to yours. After a lot of research we chose Defender 360. It has worked very well, and would recommend it. We also use their game cams on property not requiring immediate notification, again excellent quality. The monthly service fee is reasonable considering the peace of mind we feel knowing we have some level of protection and security regarding un welcome people.
