I live in the Albany, NY area. I received a quote for my 2 car garage by a company who deals with Increte products.
i was quoted $2,800 which is their standard price for 2 car garages. My floor is roughly 21-22. One bay is HEAVILY spawled, the other was painted poorly at one time and never parked on with salted vehicles so it just needs a grind and clean. Quote covers all repairs, Increte granite coat, flakes, and clear coat.
Wondering if anyone knows the product, and if that is a fair price ?
I got the quote from this business, because im a field technician for a major telco, and i was at a customers house who's garage was done by them three years ago, and it still looks great. And i guess the spawling on my customers floor that this company did was worse than the spawling i have on my floor per the owner who quoted me the cost.
I did a search on this forum as to not waste any ones time and came up with nothing under the parameters i typed in.
