So I was at a new welding supply store today and they are stocking Linde welders. I literally have zero experience with these, and as I have spent half the night looking for info on them, I have found very little. The price is very good, compared to Miller, but Miller is such a great power house that I am wondering what the catch is. The sales person seemed very confident in this machine, but if it is such a great deal, why no info online?

Linde is part of the ESAB family IIRC. Quality has dipped a bit in recent years according to my welding salesman, but still a decent quality machine.

Thanks for the reply.

Ah this is interesting. The sales person compared ESAB as a competitor to Linde. ESAB has been another interesting brand I have seen. What I am looking for is a Miller 250 ish machine. Around here they never are found used and new they just cost too much....
