Anyone have good luck with HF Socket Trays?

I bought a couple of sets a few months ago and just bought a few more since they were on sale (no coupon needed). The ONLY problem with them is they show that you are missing sockets so it costs you more $$! Really like the holders.

If you buy them make sure they are all labeled. I had to return one of the 1/4s because they were not marked at all.

I'll probably only buy them if I need them or if they come up on feebay.

I imagine some don't fit as well

The 3/8 trays are only good for chromes. Too closely spaced for impacts.

I have them. I rate them as "good for the money" I did recently have a 1/4" drive socket on so tight though I had to break the stud.

I have all my impacts (1/4, 3/8, 1/2) in the HF trays and they fit perfect for me. Love those HF trays compared to the cost of hansens.

Kobalts are on sale right now for 9.99 for the 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 set, if you want another cheap option.

I have those from the last time they were on sale at that price and am going NUTS trying to find the non-existent sockets on both ends of the 1/4" and 3/8" drive racks.

They mostly work, but some sockets are thick enough to force you to put some upside down, which also is irritating for OCD types. :tard:

For 15/16 and 1" singles deep and shallow, I got USA cman. I think my 22 and 21s are duralst. But as far as 6/7 deep in 3/8 and 1/8 & 5/8 deep/shallow, I almost swear they never made them, but I know they did, somewhere...
