Anyone have info on Proworks tool boxes?

Can anyone tell me anything about Proworks and what the quality is like? Says it's made in Canada.

im also considering one of these... $999 shipped is doable.. $4,000 is NOT! lol i just cant afford a snap on box... i need something that will hold all my tools, looks good and that will last. any info would be greatly appriciated!(im not a professional mechanic but i do spend alot of time in the garage building motorcycles)
