anyone have specs for an HTP Maxi Mig

I was given an HTP Maxi Mig welder, but I'm unable to find any information on it. Does anyone on know anything about these? I'm mainly looking to find out what the FLA is so I know what size breaker and wiring to use for my outlet.

Call HTP. They emailed me a full manual for my Htp machine. My machine was from the early 90's
