Anyone here have a Snap-on hand crank wheel balancer? (Model EEWB305A) - Need some quick help

The ask. If you have this balancer can you confirm and or take a pic of the power supply? Looking to confirm that its a 120VAC to 9VAC 1.9A.


I just picked one up and it seems its going to be a bit more of a project than I anticipated. Looks like they lost the original power adapter and put a Sony power adapter on it that is 120 VAC to 9.5 VDC 1.2A and the amperage rating is a bit low. Having an issue where the balancer shuts off when the brake applies. Honestly I'm not sure how it would run on DC current if it needs AC.

LOL, BertoBuckeye did his own searching and PM'd me back when this thread was still fresh. Hopefully he eventually updates us to tell us that he got it working.
