My shopping continues, and I found the above mentioned box at a very good price locally. New, closeout. I'm waiting to hear back from the guy as to the color.

I dig the drawer layout, I wish it was a couple inches shorter and a had another couple inches of depth, but the price is right if everything I've read is correct. From my research, it looks like its a 2008-2009 era box, and has been discontinued within the last couple of years. New retail was close to $3k, and the lowest I've seen them on discount sites was around $1500, but they're all out of stock. Then this one came along...

I know Waterloo makes good boxes and bad boxes, and the Traxx series seems to have good reviews from people here. I'd like to hear opinions, reviews, etc.

Not a 6013 but I've had this Traxx combo for years. Lack of deep drawers can be a bit of a PITA but I've got it organized the way I like it.Slides are great but I had to modify all the latches as they were stiff as hell, had to really slam them to close drawers. Click right in now.
Mine never moves (as you can see it's wedged into the kickout pretty tightly) but I've seen guys use them in a shop environment and they seemed to hold up OK.

The way you nested the whole thing in there was very nicely done. That bottom box looks like their Pro series, the closest thing I could find in the 09 catalog I'm looking at was their 15 drawer WI-1500, but yours has one less drawer.

How much did you spend on the entire setup?

The auto parts company I used to work for was a Waterloo distributor and I probably sold a couple hundred boxes over 10 years so the supplier was , lets say, appreciative of my efforts so the cost was ridiculously low. I think it's a TR4013 and TR4011 combo but I don't remember exactly and sure ain't pulling it out to check the back tags.
Here's a couple better pix. Cheers

Yep, Most of the tools in the box are from lines I sold also. Distributor for OTC, Lisle, Makita, Milwaukee, Chicago Pneumatics, KD (Gearwrench), Irwin and on and on.
It's all about the perks bro!

I worked for an auto parts in high school. When I left I gave up parts at cost (some were free from reps), use of specialty tools and free machine shop work. Talk about sticker shock the first time I had to buy parts.
