Anyone ID this ratchet?

This is a 3/8 ratchet that belongs to a friend. He says that it's snap on but it has absolutely no identifying information whatsoever.

It's a strange little ratchet, not sure how it works but it feels like an infinite position mechanism of some sort.

Any clues? I'd really like to buy one for myself.

Titan, or at least it has been branded as a Titan in the past. I own one. It might wear the brand of a few different companies. It comes from a manufacturer in Taiwan or China.

Tell your buddy it's no Snap-on.

Titan, I have that one along with the 1/4". Believe the pair have paid for themselves many time over. I bought mine about 7 years ago for $45, retail.
