The house I am buying has a 24wx26d garage (if i remember right)

I can't afford to do the whole thing in racedeck or similar tiles. However I can afford to do a 24x6' section in the back of the garage where my bench and such will be.

Is this going to look stupid or has anyone else done it. I planned on goin wall to wall and 6' deep with the ramp edge on the front of it.

Then when I get some more $ I can do the rest of the garage at a later date.

That sounds like a great idea!
You can always add more later! (add a two tile depth every year for christmas! LOL)

in every racedek topic with install pictures, you can see how a partial flooring looks.

i'm also thinking of placing a partial racedek under and around my 4 post lift, to the workbench

I was thinking about doing only my 3rd car garage in RaceDeck. It's the workbench/tool chests/motorcycles/bicycles section of the garage...basically me and the boys' 2 wheel toys. Just now starting to look into the project because we're not moving into the house for another two weeks.

Thats essentially what I want to do just flip that the other way and have it along the back wall of a 2 car garage.

Im moving in next week so we will see how much money is left over after that is all done and over with. That will determine if I buy the tiles or not.
