Looks like your basic 1960's vintage Delta wood lathe as found in high school wood shops in every town in the USA. Pretty decent machines if you have the room for them. As with any machine, you'd want to check that the bearings are good, look for missing parts etc. That one is missing the belt cover on the top of the headstock.
I have one and I like it a lot (haven't really used it more than a handful of times)
In the condition it's in, it's probably worth $100
