Having a discussion on another forum about this wrench (see pic), I did a google search and the wrench code H-1163 came up as Wiha, but other folks are saying Westline or wizard, anyone know?
Anyone know the manufactorer?

Looks like no Westline nor Wizard I've seen. My money is on Wiha.

I thought I was reading somewhere the it was the initials of Willi Hahn Wuppertal started sometimes in the late 1930's (Wiha); just a guess.
