Raiderhillbilly got it. Thought it was a saw. It was in the basement of an abandoned house, picture taken though the window. Couldn't get in.

In good condition, the asking price for those machines is about $600. In terrible shape , the sewing head can be used to make a conversation piece, i.e., a model tractor using lawn mower wheels for the back wheels and some variety of small wheels for the front. The hand wheel represents a steering wheel. Paint in colors of your favorite tractor, red or green being the ones I have seen. I have the pieces but not made one. The sewing head is electric so I guess the little electric motor could represent a starter.

Other use is to strip the frame down and put a wooden top on it for a small table. I have a couple of frames that someone let set out and get rusty and the wood rotted away. Youngest daughter happened to see them and claimed one. Going to have it sand blasted and powder coated and I'm going to make her a red cedar top. She plans to put in on her porch.

House was torn down about a year and a half ago. Not sure what became of the machine, but probably went with the rubble. :eyecrazy: And no, it's not flooded, it's just a really dirty floor. Saw that the basement window was out and had to see what was inside.
