I picked the up a couple days ago at a garage sale. I had never seen anything like them before and had to ask the old timer what they where for. I will post pics of what they do and how they do it, when someone guesses correctly.

Well that was quick. It first pinches the saw then bends the tooth.

First picture, Ibgradwell said it. The next two I am not sure but am leaning that it is something to do with saws as well.

The second and third pictures are of the tools in the first picture. Just from the top.

Yes, they are both Saw Sets. Used for resetting the rake on the teeth of a handsaw before you sharpen the saw.

Look inside the handle on the Stanley. I am pretty sure that is a 42. If by chance it is a 42x, you can get good money on DBay.
