Anyone know where I can get a photo sensor periscope?

I have a photo sensor controlled light in a covered & shaded area. It uses a photo sensor of this type:

I've seen shades that can screw on to the sensor to shield it from bright light sources at night, but has anyone seen a reflector/periscope that can screw on to "look" to the side?

I realize I can add a remote light sensor or a timer, but am hoping for an option like this before I get in to electrical modifications.

A WD-40 spray can cap is what I modified to act as a shade from light and rain.
Drilled a hole big enough to slide over the threads and used the existing nut to secure it...
