The one you linked to is regular bits and the one in the flyer is the RBRT bits version

There are a few different versions of those sets. Some have the stubby ratcheting driver. If you can wait and wait till they appear on the monthly fliers. They are fairly common on them. I Bought mine that way.

A GJ member had the RBRT set. I think that he bought it this week.

I have been curious about RBRT for a while.

Mac RBRT bit setSBDB77RBRT is 80 now on the truck vs 180 on the site, a steal. RBRT is not sunex.
I really need to find a truck. Have been trying to order individual bits and at least a 1/3 of the ones I want are always out of stock.

You don't need a dealer to get the promo. The 77pc rbrt bit set (including many other rbrt sets) are deeply discounted in flyer 12. I ordered them via phone on Oct 31th. My coworker brought up the flyer online, and Mac had removed all of the RBRT items from flyer 12, but was still able to order them for the discounted price. The sales rep didn't know why it was removed from flyer 12.

This link has the original flyer 12 with the rbrt stuff in it: https://teamwolfpacktools.com/mac-tools-flyer-12/

My first look made me think SUNEX. I have MAC impact sockets and SUNEX and I think they are the same. I used my SUNEX and MAC at work and both stood up well. The SUNEX I have are made in Japan.

Take a look at these pictures.
Definitely not Sunex.

Smaller piece count, but that's as close as you're gonna get.

Ah, missed that. Proto does have some RBRT stuff available, but I don't think they have the giant RBRT bit set. I know my Proto metric hex sockets are identical to the Mac version and they have been worth their weight in gold for me.

Not all RBRT is available under the Proto label, otherwise I would have bought the Proto version of this, like the bit set, RBRT is literally part of the part numberIMG_20221110_164307548.jpg...IMG_20221110_164218285.jpg

I did buy a Proto precision flex handle 3/8I think 11" a few years ago, it has performed flawlessly in a pro environment. I got it from zoro on a black Friday 20% coupon, and left it in my cart, the next day they sent me another 10% promo, applied and that thing was 95 shipped for a Mac axis 90, and semi-knurled handle version is only through Proto.

Indeed, as is the particular tool set the OP is looking for.

I've had a couple RBRT bit sets for years and love them, life savers. Just bought the complete bit set for $80 to cover all bit that could possibly come up.

https://www.mactools.com/products/sbdr123sa looking for this set or something as close to it as i can get, i just cant justify the 300 sumin dollars my mac guy is asking for it in the latest flier (especially when it seems to be 175 online? not sure why price difference)
I was able to snag this set from my cornwell dealer for $200! Little difference between the 123pc from mac but its all the RBRT, just renamed Gripedges RPT version. So worth!

Not sure how this is relevant. That kit is still in production & its on every mac truck. The RBRT set runs $350 all day & if you pay that then your a sucker. I was just simply showing anyone who comes here at present time like yourself an alternative.

You're right, I'm sorry. Not sure where I was going with that comment.
