Anyone know who makes this?

Just saw this on Craigslist and thought it was pretty cool. It's kind of like the Ridgid Jobmax in a way. I'm guessing it's a no name brand. Anyone ever use one? I feel like that would be a good kit to have for roadside mechanics or something if a reputable brand made one. Disclaimer: I am not interested in it.
