Is there someone have used Techni Seal polymer based for the garage floor? It seems to be nice. I know Techni Seal; I used there product for my deck and I'm very satisfied cause it doesn't peel, it penetrates the wood and year after year you just need to refresh by one coat without preparing or sanding.

I'm looking for a product that can be easy and fast to install, tire and peel resistant at the best price. I have 18 X 26 for 468 sf to cover.

If any suggestion, you are welcome.

P.S. sorry if my english is poor; I'm french canadian.

Here is their website http://www.techniseal.com/index.html

So what do you think about these product? After considering Epoxy, 1 or 2 parts and alkyde paint, I'm now keeping two options: Tecni Seal polymer product or Acrylique silicone stain by BEHR or another brand.

Which one do you suggest me? I have eliminate Epoxy cause it's seems to be too complicated to apply correctly, and the fact is that I don't have time to do the job like Epoxy needs. I have to finish the garage walls and ceiling to enjoy my garage after 4 years its build... I expect to take 4 days of our holidays my wife and I to do the job, so I don't want to take more time with the floor by using Epoxy. I see that the risk is too big to be unsatisfied with the job considering the time that we don't have. So I thing that sealer polymer or stain will give me satisfaction for my needs. If ever it peels or whatelse, it won't be a big afffair to reconsider my choice to remake the job with something like Epoxy in few years...

What do you thing?

Fredarctic: I visited the techniseal website but cannot determine which product it is you are considering. Which product is it? I am considering flooring options for a new garage and have many of the same thoughts you do.

Cheers!

Jim, here is the product http://www.techniseal.com/products.php?Id=27&region_Id=2&langue_Id=1

I have used their wood product on my deck and it's very good. Easy to apply, don't have to wait to reapply a second coat and years after years, just refresh it without any preparation... So if their garage floor product is like the wood one, I'm sold to Techni Seal...
