Does anyone make a ratcheting spinner handle or perhaps a higher quality one of these? Would like 1/4 and 3/8 drive.

Most all the roto heads are made in Taiwan by the same company rebranded multiple times. The koken versions may be koken made not sure. But Carlyle is the same as Cornwell for example. Old sk are no longer made but are loved by those who own them.

If this idea is too different, then I apologise. I use Wright 2441 on a ratchet for tasks like lawn mower maintenance and others that need an initial force more than a screw driver, but less than a breaker bar. I just remove the ratchet, then use the spinner by itself.

Snap on makes a ratcheting 1/4" drive spinner handle. I like mine.

You can also get a soft handle ratcheting screwdriver with interchangeable shanks and get a 1/4" or 3/8" drive end shank for it.

Snap On offer a nice ratcheting spinner handle, basically their ratcheting bit driver with a 1/4 square tip. They also offer a T handle version, which are surprisingly comfortable to use.

The ratchet shown is called a ‘roto head’ and as others have indicated, many makers offer these. I’m lucky and have the Snap On, which are superb tools. Although I generally prefer metal handles, these things work best with a screwdriver style handle. Snap On offer them in the old style ‘hard handle’ which is to be preferred, and of course both 1/4 and 3/8 drive!

KoKen are also very good. None of their tools are rebranded or made in Taiwan, they are all made in Japan by KoKen and are in a different league to the Taiwanese tools. Their 3/8 roto head ratchet is one of my favourites. They offer it with a knurled steel handle which works superbly well. It’s a really heavy duty tool!

I have one of these from VIM. The roto head can be locked in any position and the handle can swivel into a T-handle

I have what looks like the same tool, but branded Würth and with a different handle colorway. It’s very useful, though the ratchet mechanism isn’t Koken-slick.

The other option is any ratcheting screwdriver with a 1/4” square adapter.

Wera Zyklop, available in 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2". Nicer handle, solid ratchet.

Though, to be honest, the ubiquitous Taiwan version really is pretty good.

I got one of those too. It has a very nice ratchet mechanism. The T-handle is not something I tend to use, but it is well made.

Forget about the HF version, HF makes some ok ratchets but not that one.

Hazet 863Q Reversible RATCHET 1/4" Square with T-Handle Reversible Ratchet.....stick an extension on and there's your T-handle setup, include a 3/8 adapter and you're good. $48 bucks on Mr. Amazon.

Proto also makes nice ratchet adapters that you can use on a regular speeder handle...3/8 is the smallest I've seen but for light work a 1/4 inch adapter is handy

f03cb08b0af3106824da7b3b4fee73fd.jpg I just bought a speeder handle attachment for my snapon ratcheting screwdriver. I don’t know if this is of any interest to the OP, but the p/n is sgdmrc, called the 1/4” speeder shank in the catalog
