Anyone name this lift?

I called on it this morning and he says there isn't any info/stickers on this lift. So I was wondering if anyone here would be able to identify it by the shape of the arms or posts or well...anything. Seems like a decent buy, just don't know what brand.

Looks sorta like my 2009 model Wheeltronics.
Wheeltronics made Lifts for Snap On
where is the brace bar for across the top? The lock release cables ride in there, and the Hydraulic hose for the piston opposite the power unit attaches to it too. should be a "shut off" bar attached to the top cross brace too
Mine is a 9K unit, that one appears a little more HD, could be 10 or 12K Lift.
The Pics are kinda crappy i could be wrong
