That's what I'm thinkin' as well -- It could be a scam. Taking some C-man ball bearing (or similar) chests, and rebadge them as SNAP-ON.
I saw a similar scam at a swap meet a month ago -- the guys who were selling these boxes were lucky they didn't get their a$$es kicked by some of the more vocal attendees.
Not saying it's right, but even it would happen to be a rebadged box, at that size, it is probably still a decent deal. A C-man of that size (if available) would probably run you around $3000.
I have just gone through my past Snap on catalogs and nothing even comes close to what that looks like, but I'll be damned if that doesn't look like a bunch of Craftsman boxes put together. Just take a close look at the lids.
That is NOT Snap-On. Those chests and roll cabs are probably Craftsman or Waterloo. The side box might, might be a SO KRA series side box, the rest deffinitely not craftsman.
