Hello all, found this in a freinds garage loft and thought it was pretty interesting, is says C. S. Osborne & Co. Witch a quick Google search traveled they make upholstery tools. Thanks

Looks like a leather or fabric squeegee type tool. Something that won't scratch or mar the material.

Similar to a Tiling Grout Squeegee, but since there is no dried grout stuck to it, I'd go with silkscreen ink squeegee

I looked in Osbornes leather tool catalog and on their website and couldn't find that tool.
I am leaning towards a leather tool. There is a process I've heard called glassing, where you wet the leather and smooth it out further with a tool similar to that.

Probably leather related. Osborne also made a leather slitter which I use to cut leather drive belts to correct width for my older machines.
