Someone on another forum is asking and I thought I would see if you all had any ideas. I really dig the design.
That 'S' seems likely to be a 'Sprunger' logo.
The Sprunger Co. made a line of light, fairly low-priced woodworking machinery in the 1950's-'80's. For a light duty 'home hobby shop' grade of machinery, their equipment seemed to be of reasonably good quality, at least in the few pieces I've seen.

Those radial setups like the bottom picture are pretty much worthless.
As a drill press yes, but I think it could make a nice pin router.
