Anyone recognize the makers mark on this reamer?

I found this reamer inside a Snap On box I bought. There was a Honda valve guide reamer in there, the previous owner was into motorcycles and guns but it doesn't look like a chamber reamer.

The number is 119183 110 and there is a stylized "M" inside what looks like an arrowhead in the middle of the number.

Anyone recognize the maker?

I agree, I doubt it is MF, but they were the only thing that came to mind with an and an M... I think they always included the "F" as well though...
