These are some of the unrecognizable tools I got from my grandfather that I had put away in a box. I was looking through it today and thought that some people on this forum might be able to help identify them. Any responses appreciated. Thanks.

I was thinking brake shoe retaining spring pliers but I cant figure out the top one. The are very old Proto.

Old Blackhawk, square opening is 3/4"
