That is a Chinese import, you can probably find it on Alibaba if you look hard enough. IMO I wouldn't buy that without seeing/touching it in person which will be quite difficult.

The metal painted pegboard sure looks nice! Do they make stainless pegboard hooks? Or having some steel ones nickel plated and polished would be badass!
