Anyone recognize this drill press manufacturer

I picked this dp up for $40 today. FUJI chuck but no other markings. Asian possibly Japanese? 5 spd, original paint very well made. Pivoting drill table.

Looks very much like the Chinese one I have from a company called Ingram (Sp) Tool co. That one looks pretty sturdy, but mine is a POS in every way. It looks like the one mine was copied from.
