Anyone recognize this handrail ?

My Dad bought this a few years ago for his house and I'd like to use the same stuff. Very easy to install and is pretty rigid for what it is. I did a few searches online, but cant find the same stuff. I like the small hand rail profile and the lower section doesn't hold water.

Unfortunately he's no longer with us...so I cant ask him.

No help here. Have you looked at any of your he big box stores? How long ago was this purchased?
