Anyone recognize this maker's mark?

I always buy replacement hammer handles if I find them cheap at estate/garage sales. I picked this one up last week and thought it was a non-branded one but while cleaning the handle up today I spotted this mark. Anyone recognize it?

Look like a big A with a rectangled box with word TOOLS inside.

That's exactly what I think As. Not to say there couldn't be/have been something between the big A and the rectangle. Hoping someone recognizes it. Just curious.

Here's an enhanced photo in case someone recognizes it. I thought maybe Ames but no hits for a logo like that.

Looks like a triangle to me. Triangle tools owned a few venerable tool brands at one time.

And it could be a triangle versus a capital A. A quick google on Triangle Tools didn't turn up this logo however. I'm sure there's some expert here who will recognize it.
