Anyone recognize this tool box?

I've never seen one, Don't have a clue on the brand or even how to look it up. A guy is wanting to trade me for an old drill stand I have for sale. I'd appreciate any leads on what it might be. I don't need it, nor do I collect boxes. But it looks interesting to me because it has the lid of a top box, but narrow and tall like a side box.

It's a file cabinet on top with storage underneath, not really a toolbox, but I suppose you could use it as one.

Ah, got ya. The round top lid is what made me think of a tool box. I wouldn't use it as such. I've never ben a fan of top load boxes. However, It'd make a cool liquor cabinet for some ones game room.
