Anyone recognize this vise grip type tool?

All I know about the original owner is he was a hobbyist woodworker and a wine maker.

I have two of those. I got them at Production Tool before Berkshire Hathaway bought them.

I thought that I would use them more than I do.

I use them to screw into a threaded hole on my flat table. They work great!
