Anyone repurposed washer/dryer pedestals?

We recently replaced our front loading washer and dryer. I kept the pedestals as I figured they would make nice storage someplace in the shop or garage. Has anyone done this?
I'd like to see examples of ways to use them.
I'm kind of thinking of using them as a base for some kind of a workbench.

I have Mine stacked with 4 wheels under them with my power coating (in cabinet style ) oven on top. Id take a picture but it is currently buried in the corner. I have all powers guns and misc stuff in them.

They would make good bases. I make a lot from them. Will post a pic or 2 when I get to work.

Looking for ideas for same. I have an all metal 55w x 28d x 10h, with a 6in center support front to back with adjustable feet. Thinking of using to mount a restored craftsman table saw and router table. Looking for ideas / advice...

Not a pedestal, but I repurposed the skin off an old washing machine skin for a shield around my welding table. It's not pretty, but it works well.

I have made several things with them. Whoops, I see the table above, very similar but I used most of the parts, fan, cab, door, lid to mount fan in, some of the old screws even. I tried to get a shot of the exhaust pipe out the top. It had lens in the side so one can look in without a hood and probably had a couple mods since the pic. Has its own lights.

I use a washer pedestal in the screen room right outside the back door. I keep my grilling accessories in it and we keep the recycling bins on top of it.
